About Clare
Clare has built her career helping organisations to understand the factors that drive success, and delivering people strategies focused on building individual, leadership, team and organisational capability.
She understands that driving the right people agenda requires focus and insight, and is passionate about delivering pragmatic solutions that are aligned to and support commercial outcomes.

Most recently Clare worked as a Partner in Korn Ferry’s Talent, Leadership Consulting Practice, and prior to this ran 2 successful consulting companies in Australia and Singapore (Performance Insights and EvolutionPeople). Other roles she has held over her 30 year career include Global Head of Leadership Development and Human Capital Metrics at Macquarie Bank, Managing Director SHL SE Asia and Consulting Director for SHL UK.
Clare and her husband live on the Northern Beaches in Sydney and have two children and two dogs. Clare is a passionate runner, swimmer and reader, and firmly believes that being healthy gives you a competitive edge. She enjoys art, culture, travel and meeting people.
Clare brings a comprehensive set of evidence-based methodologies to her work and is accredited in several globally recognised tools including Korn Ferry’s leadership & diagnostic suite, Hogan, SHL and Saville assessment suites, the Baron EQ-I and Deloitte Inclusive Leadership Assessment.
